Short Bio

With over 25 years of experience in global marketing and leadership roles, I have successfully navigated industries ranging from high-tech and consumer packaged goods to industrial manufacturing and creative agencies. I earned my undergraduate degree in marketing from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and my MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas’ Jindal School of Management.

What led me here? 

A lifelong curiosity about language, people, and culture has driven my passion for communication. Living and working abroad, committing to personal development, and extensive travel have exposed me to diverse business models and leadership styles — deepening my understanding of strategy and the drivers of progress. I’ve developed a versatile, strategic, and customer-focused skill set throughout my career. Collaborating across functions — from sales and engineering to HR, IT, and legal — has honed my ability to align people with ideas and drive results. As a consultant, I leverage my expertise to partner with clients to align culture, purpose, and strategy through clear, authentic communication.
